How does the consultation work?
Our primary goal is to help you create your new dream bathroom quickly and easily. We work digitally and plan your new dream bathroom together with you online. After booking an online consultation appointment, a BadMaster will start planning with you on the screen of your PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone. Whether planning, consultation or product sampling, everything is done conveniently on screen. This allows us to ensure that we can present you with your new dream bathroom quickly and in a focused manner.
Do I have to "move out" during the renovation?
Just as you feel comfortable. However, this is not always necessary. With our tried-and-tested renovation concept, we can carry out the necessary construction work quickly and with minimal dust and noise. We will tell you in advance how long it will take to complete your bathroom. We are quick and usually ready within 1 week.
Can I have a look at the materials?
In addition to detailed online sampling, we can also provide you with a range of material samples.
Will WunderWorks come to my home?
Every project is checked for feasibility by our master craftsmen before it is implemented. This usually takes place after the refurbishment project has been commissioned and gives you the reassurance that everything planned with the BathMaster can be implemented without any technical problems. If necessary, we will also come to you earlier in the joint consultation process for an on-site measurement appointment. For a service fee that can be offset in the event of a sale, we will record the current status and plan the next steps together.
What exactly is the on-site measurement?
The on-site measurement is our guarantee for professional implementation. The current situation (room dimensions, drain position, etc.) is recorded and the feasibility of planning your dream bathroom is checked at the same time.
When can we start with the implementation?
That essentially depends on you. As soon as the planning and product selection for your bathroom have been finalized, we can quickly propose installation dates. The delivery time of the selected products also plays a major role here. In order to be able to meet your desired implementation period, we also check product availability with the manufacturer and can recommend alternatives if necessary.
How long is the delivery time?
It all depends on exactly what you choose. Thanks to optimal warehousing at our suppliers, we have 24/7 access to a very large and varied selection of products. We are happy to support you and coordinate availability with your desired delivery time.

What exactly does the free planning include?
Free planning includes an initial consultation, bathroom planning and the preparation of a quotation. Once the order has been placed, the product is delivered and installed on your premises. As bathroom renovation experts, we support you from the initial idea to the completion of your dream bathroom.
What is wall cladding?
Wall cladding is a real alternative to conventional tiles! High quality, seamless, hygienic and easy to clean are just some of the parameters in which wall cladding performs better than tiles in everyday use. But wall cladding also offers a number of advantages when it comes to installation. Among other things, it can be cut to size quickly and easily. And it causes less dirt. That’s why we only install wall cladding and not tiles out of conviction.
Does WunderWorks also do partial renovations? E.g. new shower only?
We offer both partial and complete refurbishments. Depending on what you need. And to the extent that is necessary. No more and no less.
What is possible in my bathroom?
The basic shape of your bathroom and the number and position of doors and windows are just some of the parameters that influence the design of your bathroom. Based on the current dimensions and pictures of the technical conditions, we will plan your dream bathroom for you, in 3D of course.
Do I have to pay for 3D planning and consultation?
To convince you that you have found the right partner for your project, we are happy to make an advance payment and offer you free 3D planning with expert advice. We invest time and know-how in advance before you invest in us with your purchase decision. Can I do the dismantling myself and thus save money?
Of course, you are welcome to dismantle your old bathroom yourself. Based on your personal bathroom planning, we will provide you with detailed instructions on the extent to which dismantling is to be carried out. Here too, we will pay particular attention to ensuring that all steps can be carried out quickly and with as little mess as possible.
